Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writting to complain about a digital clock radio wich I bought from your shop three months ago.And now my dogotal clock radio does not work.

When I returned the faulty digital clock radio to the shop,the shop assistant asked me for a receipt,but when I give the receipt the assistant does not return me.Now I do not have receipt,digital clock radio or replacement.

I would be grateful if you could let me have a refund.If this possible,I will accept a replacement I am also going to write to the manufacturer and inform them of the problem.
